- private home and grounds
- spacious gardens, lawns, terrace and large outdoor swimming pool
- exclusive use - only one event is planned per weekend
- rehearsal time for wedding ceremony
- use of our private home for bridal party preparations
- indoor bathrooms for guests and caterer during event
- all day property access for photographs on event day
- unlimited set up and clean up time on event day
- six hour event time valet parking (required)
- work areas for caterer of your choice
Optional and at additional cost - rental of entire property for the weekend, including our 1919 Craftsman Bungalow with six bedrooms, three baths, large open country kitchen, full dining room, living room, and library; handling of rental furniture (tables and chairs, umbrellas, tents, etc.), including delivery and return; outdoor lighting; rehearsal dinner; wedding breakfast; complete wedding consultant services; any other special requests.
